Andreï Dellos conceived all of these food-lovers’ haunts in Moscow, and set himself an ambitious goal: to invent the Café Pouchkine and give the impression that he defined Russian gastronomic culture, create restaurants offering different cuisines such as French, Italian, Russian, dream up a patisserie… Then he set his sights on Paris and opened a small pastry shop/tea room in the Printemps department store, before setting up two Café Pouchkine locations in New York!
Each time, the décor is enchanting, recalling the splendour of Great Russia, and the extremely refined cuisine and pastries demonstrate his high gastronomic standards.
